| Short Tasting Note: | Made with Cabernet and Merlot, this is a concentrated red, with spice, oak and fruity aromas, balanced with a firm but soft structure. |
| Long Tasting Note: | The "Quinta" is located on the middle slopes facing northwest at Azeitao. The vineyard is planted on well drained red limestone soils, where Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are grown. After the fermentation the wine is aged for 14 months in small new French Allier oak barrels. Deep and vivid red colour, with a good concentration of spicy, oak and fruity aroma. The multi-layered palate of red fruit is lovely, balanced with a firm but soft structure. |
